Plastisol
This thermoplastic (PVC) tops the list of dip-moldable materials
because of it's long history of success, ease of processing,
affordability, and prevalence in the dip coating andmolding industries.
Plastisol is liquid at room temperature and once exposed to a certain
elevated temperature, gels and remains a solid.
This polymer can range in hardness from 33 (softest) to 96 (hardest)
Shore A scale durometer and offer temperature resistance from -20 degF
to 160 degF.

Material: M-T. Corvel 70000/75000 series
Nylon powder
Application: Fluid Bed Process
70000 Series Melt pigmented nylon powders and 75000 series dry pigmented
nylon
powders produce durable, easy to clean finishes which have excellent
abrasion and wear resistance, good electrical properties, good
chemical and solvent resistance, good exterior durability, low
coefficient of friction and excellent machine-ability.
Typical
applications include automotive clips and wear surfaces, office and
institutional furniture, industrial pipe and fittings, food processing
and handling equipment as well as marine hardware and shopping carts.
